In 1988 I passed the Ohio Real Estate exam and became a licensed Realtor. I sold real estate for over 5 years and then decided I preferred the financing end of the real estate business instead. In 1993 I became a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer and I have been helping people finance their homes ever since.
